Lyckost i värmen. Här hemma anlände hösten med besked, samma dag ni åkte. Det låter som krogarna och kockarna behandlar er väl. Annars får ni kalla på Angel. Längtar efter att ni ska lägga upp lite bilder och avslöja lite recept. Ser fram emot följa er på bloggen. Presenterar bloggen för åk 3 eleverna och REenklassen 1 & 2 så de kan följa er.

Hello boys. Remember big brother is watching.
Would be good if you could describe how a day looks. What is the first thing the staff do when they arrive. What are your daily routines. I am interested to know what you are learning and what are the differences compared to what you learn in sweden. Do you think that the knowledge you have gained from school helps you or are we teaching the wrong things. I know we do not teach molecular cooking but that is to advanced to go into detail.
It would be good to see photos if you are allowed to take any. Have you heard of google picasa. If you have chance to load them up there and send me the link we can put them on fronter and the schools facebook site.
It would be good if you guys could do a theme dinner for the staff when you get back. Pick out some ideas, dishes you like that we could do for them and maybe present apowerpoint of your journey.
In your blogg it would be good to describe the produce you work with, the fruit, vegetables and meat and fish. Try and describe and give your thoughts on it compared to swedish produce.
