35 day to go
Just sent Gary his essay for the tapas competition, I will soon go up to the hotel to have lunch and then start working, Petter has a free day tomorrow and I have the morning pass 8-16. And then on saturday I am free! The days goes fast here and the work in the kitchen is a lot of fun but it is not the kind of cooking I wants to work with in the future, I dont like making buffe or making so mig batches...
Petter agrees.
No body told us to bring our own knifes so we had to borrow from the other chefs or the bad knifes that are so hard to cut with.
Today its colder and cloudie.
The US air force are stationed here so we hear the combat aircraft all the time, they are flying over libyen. I thougt the learnd something from the vietnamn war and the war against Irak.....
Well now I am really hungry so I will go up and eat!
