Time to show our responsibility

Yesterday afternoon, Today breakfast and today Dinner we have been alone in the kitchen! That was really nice because now we got the chance to show them what we're up to! Sadly, there were not many guests, but we made the kitchen clean as a hospital and a really good staff-food anyway!
So far it hasn't been so many guests at all, it's a low season, and thats too bad. We havn't done so much, except for teaching English, made some friends and drinking tea Aaaalll day, and aall night! (What the f**k?!) untz untz hehe.. ;)

I met a chef and his student from brookes university in oxford, nice guy. What is the food like that they serve? Glad you are enjoying.

Mostly it is very simple food, like fried potatoes, oven-baked chicken, blanched vegetables and a fitting sauce.

Breakfast: A real English breakfast buffé.

For lunch we serve food in trays, almost like school.

On sundays: English Sunday lunch (like roast, gravy and yorkshire pudding).

So it is not actually that we learn so much about cooking, more about how it is to work on a restaurant and to be abroad.



The tea is LOVELY! ;) Och Cornelia, snälllaaaa fixa en heather, please :) hehe

Kul att ni får ansvar. Då måste ni ha gjort något rätt ;) Ta det lugnt med tea, för mycket är inte bra för er...

It's just a lemon tart (sockerkaka m citron) with cream and an apricot purée.
